Almost certainly there is an updater for Ultradev (there is for DW4 at ay rate) which fixes precisely this problem. There remains an issue with first time create of objects via webdav which I hope may be ixed in the new zope version but I haven't tried it yet .... N.

Unable to authenticate with WebDAV server

Hello, I just got Macromedia UltraDev4 and have set up a WebDav, I can read all the files on the ZODB, but I am unable to write to it. I get the following error Unable to authenticate with WebDAV server. I suppose the WebDAV server must be set in the Application Server site definition properties. But how to do that so that it reads ZServer, I don't know. Also I have added in the Extensions.txt file _DTML, DTML extensions so that it can be recognised by UltraDev, whicxh it does. BUT most of the products, don't have extensions, therefore UltraDev does not know how to read them. Dunigan and Sedat, Thanks for your replies. I was thinking along the lines of Sedat's method, but wasn't sure how to do it - thanks for the example! The XML-RPC does seem to be the solution of the future, and since I want to send XML to the other Zope, this may be the answer I was looking for. Thanks again! Etienne

I don't know where your robot.txt is coming from. To the best of my knowledge, zope doesn't create one for you, and you can add your own. Building add form on the fly

I'm trying to build the add form for my product in Python rather than just read in a dtml file. However when I try to create an instance of the product, it pops up an authorization form. Typing in my username and password doesn't work and I get a user authorization error. There's something about permissions that I don't understand. So I'm asking the list for help. If index_html is a DTML Document and not a DTML Method, you will need to get out of the Document due to acquision. FS Photo product

No this is not an announcment. Rather the opposite. I believe I've heard about a version of the Photo product that saves the images on the filesystem. Am I right, is there such a product? Where? My current problem is that my Photos in zope take are so big that I have problems copying folders and can with a little pain back it all up. I bet there are advantages with storing the big binary content on the Linux instead of the ZODB. Hej hej, Peter

In a folder of my Zope site, I want to set up index_html so it will automatically list the folders that are inside it. Unfortunately, it isn't working; nothing's showing up.
