Help (emergency) How to Undo last ZODB transaction when Zope is down

Hi, I'm in panic... I made an error when changing a site access rule and this caused ZMI to be not available. So I can't undo tat through the ZMI ! How to undo the latest transactions from command line ? The bbb.py provided with Zope plays only with ZODB2 files (in fact it's useless till it's not upgraded) TIA (it's an emergency) --Gerd

Incomplete ODBC connection to Access

For starters, I built a flat little Access table just to feel out Z SQL and Z ODBCDA, and configuring the ODBC connectivity, and all was well. So then I dared to attempt the big database. Well, it connects, at least the DA says so after putting the appropriate string in place, but when I click Browse, all I see is one of the Queries contained in the mdb file. Gadfly error message

ftp access not working

When logging into zope via ftp, the authentication works fine, but the service hangs indefinitely upone requesting a file list. Anyone encountered and/or solved this problem? Bug in Zclasses permissions interface?

whenever i try to change Permission mappings in a Zclass through the management interface, (using Zope 2.3.0 win binary release) i get the following traceback: TypeError Sorry, a Zope error occurred. domain names and zope

hi! i need help in domain names. server1 hosts our domain name using port 80 - dn.com:80 server1 proxy passes to server2 and server3 using port 8080. the problem is server2 and server3 have domain names to act as server names right? when i use the domain names it resolves to port 80. so i have to explicitly state: "proxypass server2:8080/folder" and "proxypass server3:8080/folder" is there a way that i can avoid this? i want people to be able to visit server2 and server3 using their server/domain name without apache. is siteroot the solution? how do i use siteroots? i tried once and it locked me out. :) currently here is our setup: internet | server1 (apache) / \ / \ / \ server2 server3 (zeo client) (zeo client) \ / \ / \ / server4 (zeo server) Fritz Mesedilla Systems Administrator Summit Interactive, Inc. Search with CatalogQuery and form value

Hi, I'm trying to get ZEO 1.0 b3 and Zope 2.3.3 to play nicely together, but I'm struggling on some strange NameError. I followed the Advanced How-to of dshaw for setting it up; building from source made ZEO barf on the tests... looks like the tests are only for python 2.1?
