ZDebug-0.3 doesn't work under Zope 2.5.0z

Subj? Or there's my fault somewhere? I just unpack ZDebug to Products catalog as usual, restart Zope... ZClass in Mounted Storage breaks on 2.5.0 upgrade

Just my luck. Upgrading from Zope 2.4.1 to 2.5.0 on Linux. I'm using instances. After switching over PYTHONHOME to the 2.5 version of Zope, ZClass instances contained in MountedStorage folders are broken. However if I copy and Paste them into the main ZODB they come back to life. Is this a known issue? No module named Splitter #2

Hi all I'm still somewhat lost. I copied the Data.fs from Zope 2.4.0 to 2.4.4b1 (Solaris). Zatalog Vocabulary Splitter Update

Hi, unfortunately I never found a document explaining the topics "Zatalog Vocabulary Splitter Update" on a larger scale. ISO-8859: I configured the Splitter during installation via the setting the encoding variable in site.py. Does anyone know some cleaner way, e.g. how to set up the catalog parameters? How to do it for windows, because setup.exe starts directly, and there is now way to edit site.py? I have to upload a text or html file as dtml document or methode, otherwise it is not recognized for indexing. How to set up a catalog to index also a plain file? Regards Andreas

hi I am a newbie and it shows ... I am writing a python script; I would like to create pagetemplates and extfiles (I have succesfully added the ExtFile product to Zope) so I am trying to call container.manage_addTemplateFile(id="my_tem__file",file="contenuto") or container.manage_addExtFile(id="my_tem__file",file="contenuto") from within my Python script; but this fails, saying Error Type: AttributeError Error Value: manage_addTemplateFile what is the error? a. ps: please CC any answer to me also -- Andrea Mennucc "E' un mondo difficile. ZGDChart - insificient height

I am using ZGDChart to produce some charts from data from a ZSql method. The SQL method returns a character string for the first field, and a number for the second. I'm having trouble with the length of the character strings. If they get fairly long, 26 characters seems to start the trouble, then I get the message "insificient height" (their spelling, not mine). Increasing the height of the chart sometimes seems to help, but sometimes doesn't, and there doesn't seem to be any simple relation between the length of the strings and the height that the chart needs to be. A chart that is 500 pixels wide and 250 pixels high might accept character strings of 25 characters, but then for 26 characters it could need to be made 800 pixels high. Changing a COPY of metadata modifies ZClass instance?

I think I'm going slightly mad :-) A Python Script that is supposed to modify a COPY of metadata in practice changes metadata itself, and ZClass instance :-( for i in context.Catalog_Org(userid=uid): l=i.userid print "title: ",i.title l.remove(uid) When this script runs from ZMI, it changes metadata in Catalog_Org (but index data in Catalog_Org is not changed[!]), and it changes data displayed in ../propertysheets of the given ZClass instances. I believed that "l=i.userid" will put a copy of userid metadata into "l", and that anything I will do with "l" will not influence anything except "l". Why is it behaving like that? Hi, my dtml document must check the role of a user. only if the user has the role manager or publisher or writer the content will be displayd How can i create a dtml-if tag ?
