Thanks Hans... It's nearly what I want...except the report will still be visible on the previous menu - I guess the user would be able to click on it, but they would be redirected to another page. It's a bit dirty - I wish there was a better option! Zope Products without Sources

Hello, on the filesystem we see files ending with .py and with .pyc - what's happening inside the ZODB? If I want to sell a Zope Product, can I savely delete all sources (.py)? How to shut the backdoor inside the ZODB? Vincent, go to: http://lists.zope.org/mailman/listinfo/zope/ 1. scroll down to the bottom of the page. 2. enter your email address into "Edit Options" text box 3. Then, select "On" for Disable mail delivery option. Turn this to "Off" if you want to receive mail again. This way you don't need to resubscribe when you come back. Exporting / Directory or highest Directory a User has access to

Hi, how can a User export his/her root directory in zope? I only get managed to export subfolders but not the Users root directory. Would be nice, so the user is responsible for his own backup and can reinstall it (in a subfolder) if problems occure. Raphael

Not really the ideal solution, but workable. The images are not generated dynamically so a static conversion to, say, a jpg will do the job. I should be able to write a Python script to do the conversions off-line using the Macromedia standalone player.

I need to construct some pdf documents under Zope that incorporate Macromedia Flash *.swf files (static images). The HTML->pdf programs I have seen don't grok *.swf files so a conversion step is needed. Can anyone point me to a server-side swp->jpg (or other format) converter suitable for use under Linux and Zope?

Hi all, I've got a bundle of possible security questions. First off, I am trying to do credit card processing. The way I have it set up I have a few possible ways to do this, each with their own roadblock. First off, and the way I would ideally like to do it, since I have invested the most time in it, is calling a python script that would make an HTTPS connection to the payment gateway, process the returned information, and give the user some feedback. A plus of this method is that the user never leaves my site. The current problem is my limited understanding of SSL. I get a SSL_CTX_use_PrivateKey_file error, raised in the httplib module. Second, I can have the user submit the data directly to the payment gateway, and allow the payment gateway to redirect them back to a summary page. The problem is then confirming that the user is actually being redirected. My payment gateway returns the data signed with PGP, but I have almost never worked with PGP, and I would have little idea where to start. Any help at all would be appreciated. Thanks, Alec Munro
