Hello Zopers, Here is my problem, I don't get what I do wrong. Searching For MacOS X Version of Zope.

I am interested in installing Zope and testing it on my home Mac. I am running MacOS X 10.2.3. I currently use Postnuke http://www.postnuke.com as my CMS. Can you please explain the difference between the two? Any information is helpful. Thank you. Change Properties

Hi all, I want to know if it is possible to change an object option not directly from the manage screen. In example, I want to change the 'SMTP server' parameter of a MailHost object from a DTML or from a python script.

Hello all I first saw this error while hitting cancel at the HTTP Authentication pop-up window (where the username and password are requested) of one of my Zope applications: You are not authorized to access this resouce Username and password are not correct (Also, an error occurred while attempting to render the standard error message.) The first two lines are OK, but I have been unable to find out what is causing the "...rendering the standard_error_message." message. I have seen the same "rendering error" on some other "errors", even with tracebacks (which I, normally, got none in my example above) posted on the net by others, still I have no explanation of it and how to fix it. This message started appearing just after an upgrade from 2.5.1 to 2.6.0. All the applications seem to run fine -so far- within the new 2.6.0 In my start-up script I am passing a -L es_MX (to use locales) to the z2.py script. I am running on Red Hat Linux 7.3 with binaries install of Zope 2.6.0 Anyone willing to explain what is is rendering error message about and how to fix it. Thanks in advance. Edward.

sendmail tag and auth host

OK. But what would be the exact python code to do the following: - for each of the cataloged objects + see if the path contains a certain string + replace the string for another one I'm new to Python and I don't know how to do it or what methods or properties the ZCatalog object has (and I don't know how can I obtain that information)... I haven't done this under GPG/Zope before, but have done it with PGP from within Perl scripts. You'll probably need to write an External Method to set the necessary environmental variables and call the GPG binaries, calling them in a fashion will will send the output to STDOUT. Python Method help in using GPG to sign documents generated in Zope

Hello, I am trying to implement a system where I can sign, using GPG, documents generated from within Zope, email these documents out of Zope. So for example, I have a form, into which I fill some information, when I press Send, the data within this form is signed and emailed. I can generate the document and put the content in a temp file outside Zope and then using a cron job, the contents are mailed out. Has anyone done something like this before or would this be the best way to do it, or should I just keep it outside Zope? Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks
