Hi, I am looking to implement an authentication on a Zope/Plone site that is more stringent than simply using passwords. I was wondering if there was a Product or a pattern which would enable me to use Partial Knowledge password authentication, or if there are other ways of implementing such a solution. For javascript options try looking here: http://www.mcli.dist.maricopa.edu/tut/tut27c.html window.open command may be what you're looking for. Persistence of DataStructures in Collector class???

Hi All, I am extending the Collector class in CMFCollector. I have added a dictionary data structure inside the Collector class. I am manipulating the dictionary whenever status of a bug changes. For this I have added some scripts inside the CMF_Collector_Work Flow and it works perfectly. I want this data structure to be persistent.. Whats the problem I have now is... the dictionary value gets lost whenever I restart zope. ODBC + Linux (part II)

Hi, thanks for all previous hints. I´ve installed ZDataQueryKit, it is very interesting. Now I have another problem. I´ve created an ODBC Data Source on W2K, pointing to my specific SQLServer DB. I know SQL runs on port 1433. The problem is that when I try to create a reference to a table on ZVisualODBC or ZClientODBC, I get an empty error message. I´ve got both "connection refused" and "server not found" before - it was a question of adjusting the correct DNS server name and SQLServer port - so the question is another... Do you guys have any idea/hint? What is missing? Anything related to Metadata/XML or conection problems? Sorry but it´s been a long time since I played with proprietary platforms... dtml-calendar date formatting

Is there an easy way to massage the output of date.Date() from dtml-calendar into a format that is more directly usable in sql queries? I would like to get dates out like 2003-05-12 rather than 05//12/03. I was hoping for something like date.Date(yyyy-mm-dd), but no such thing is apparently supported.

More than one IP?

Hello, I need to have my Zope listening on two different network interfaces i.e. two different IP addresses, is this possible? I am already using the IP_ADDRESS entry in the z2.py file, but as far as i understood i can only specify one IP there. Because the Server is a shared server i cannot have Zope listening on all the IP addresses. so i have to specify two, any ideas?
