I'd like to use the ShoppingCart from the Examples folder in Zope 2.5.1 and modify it. In the script getItem are the products, descriptions and prices. The price part looks like this: 'price' : 22.0} I'd like to replace it by something, which looks like this in DTML: <dtml-let a="price/currency"> <dtml-var a fmt="%.0f"> </dtml-let> I am a total newbie to ZPT and Python, so how can I achieve the above DTML in a Python script? the price/currency structure is needed, because the price is available as a property and the structure enables the user to select another currency. sql returning number

I have a slight problem... I'm working on a project management zope site, and I need to create a new sequential project ID for each project. I made a zsql statement as follows... select MAX(ID)+1 from AllProjects This gives the expected: (Maximum(ALLPROJECTS.ID))+() 3 I now want to take that value(3) and use it as my ID. The column name is ID, So, here's how I go about doing it. <dtml-in getNewProjectID> Here's the ID: <dtml-var ID> </dtml-in> but it keeps giving me a 'KeyError" - "ID" of course, lowercase id just shows the name of the folder that the dtml document is in. So, does anyone know how I can put that result into my webpage? Thanks, Derek S. Hi, I installed Zope with python 2.1 under RedHat 9.0 which use python 2.2. So, I would like to use python 2.2 with Zope 2.6.1. Is it possible? Is there a risk of instability? How to do? Thanks. User Login Screen

Does anyone know where I can find information on how to create a login page that uses "ACL_Users" ? I am working on my site, and It isn't a CMF site, just a regular Zope one. I created the ACL_USERS folder , but I want to put a dialog on the page so they can login. Thanks, Derek S. Wilson
