displaying Next and Previous Results

Hi, I have two different areas where I display zsql results. Both results have the possibilty of using next and previous links. Though, I noticed if I have a pop-up box that displays my results and they surpass the batch size the next link shows up the way it supposes to. However, in the main page the link displays there too when it should not. I have the same code in both sections so I am thinking after each section, the tal:condition needs to be brought back to zero. How to catalog ExtFile objects with TextIndexNG2?

Hi there, I have written a class called 'DZ_Document' which is derived from File to create File objects in Zope with a few additional attributes like 'group', 'author', 'keywords' and so on. I would like to catalog the new attributes as well as the file content of the uploaded file (e.g. a PDF document) to provide a full text search. I have created a ZCatalog 'DZCatalog' with an Index named 'SearchableText' of type 'TextIndexNG2'. In the attributes field of this index I wrote: SearchableText,data,id,group,author,keywords TextIndexNG2 works fine if I index objects of type 'File' (e.g. PDF documents) into my ZCatalog 'DZCatalog' using the "Find and Catalog" Tab of the ZCatalog. But when I try to index 'ExtFile' objects (for a quick test I was using the "Find and Catalog" Tab of the ZCatalog) I am prompted with a "Save as" Window to save the found ExtFile to my local hard drive. links stopped working

I have just noticed something peculiar with my Zope application. All relative links have stopped working properly and are now referring to the directory above, and therefore failing to find the correct page. eg. /folder1/folder2/folder3/dtmlmethod if i use the relative link "dtmlmethod" in folder3 i get the following error message: cannot find /folder1/folder2/dtmlmethod Has anyone seen this before? I can correct it by using absolute references but I have many such links and they should work as they have been doing. regards garry

Flash intro

Do I need to do anything within Zope to enable a Flash intro to display? The intro does come up OK when I use the full URL eg http://mysite:8080/myflashsite but when redirected through Apache to http://myflashsite/ it will not load. The title of the page shows which indicates the page has been found but it stops without loading the flash page. Could this a problem in the Apache redirection? And before anyone suggests that I shouldn't use flash, it isn't my decision and I can't do anything about it. -- John

came_from logic

When accessing a page anonymously that requires a login, the user is presented with a login form, and when authenticated, the original page they requested. In my currrent environment, the orginal page is presented less the query string. This came_from logic was supposedly fixed to bring the query string forward after a the user authenticated in Plone 2.0.4 (see comment below). It did not appear to work. - Fixed came_from testing when there is a query string (logged_in.py). [geoffd] I updated the logged_in.py based on July 21 update from plonista. Still isn't working. Should this work for all templates automatically or is there coding that's needed in the called template when anonymous accesses it? Apologize if this only pertains to Plone. Gregory

Just wanted to send a short note to give public thanks to Michael Dunstan, who has been largely responsible for making Zope sessioning work reliably (at least so far ;-) in what will be Zope 2.7.3. There's just no way I would have had the ability to get them working nearly as well as they appear to be working without his help and guidance. - C
