Hi, how can I use a variable that I passed through a form with a GET method? pcgi authorization trouble

start problem linux

Greetings 2 all! I installed Zope 2.3.0-x86 under SuseLinux 7.1 - but I can't start it. When I start "./start" (as root), an error of type 13 occurs: "permission denied" when the start-script tries to create the pid-file (Z2.pid). I have set the write-permissons of all directories/files around Zope to "all" - but the error stays and Zope is not starting up. Any tips || hints? Thanks in advance! Automate an e-mail script

Hello there, I have written a script that will generate a list of all the files that are more than a year old in zope, and e-mails this list to someone who cares. I was wondering if there was a way that I could automate this script so that it ran every morning without having someone run it manually. Thanks Eric

Hi, I am getting ready to try to tackle this. I want to set up a tree structure that will batch the contents of each branch. i did searches on zope.org, google.com and got individual pointers to either tree or batch but not for both. since it seems a particularly valuable feature (when a branch can contain hundreds of items), i thought it might have been tackled by someone already. so, if anyone knows where the appropriate documentation, how-to, helpful note might be, please let me know. if this has not been done yet, is it something that will require revising the source code? is it impossible, e.g., due to an inherent incompatibility for tree and batch to coexist?
