hi all, does anyone know how to check if a list object is empty. Using the following code i am getting an error, any thoughts: [FORM SIDE OF CODE] <TD><INPUT TYPE="checkbox" NAME="delete:list" VALUE=""></TD> [FORM PROCESSING SIDE]    Sorry, no deletions  So, what am i doing wrong? Hello, I need help, my server freeze and was face to reboot, once online again the data.fs file got corrupted records so zope refuses to start, is there a way for me to correct the database problem with out the need to create a new one or loose all the data that was all ready in it.. hey guys, sorry, i have another question: How can I display dates and time smart. That what I did so far: I wrote an external method that returns a DateTime object. I call it:  But I want to display everything like I wish using strftime syntax. I tried to pass a format attribute to the external function, but I could not figure out, how to call this function with an attribute. Creating instances of ZClass based products from within an External Method?

Hi all, I have made a ZClass based product, homepage. I want this to be created automaticaly the first time someone log's onto the system. This is to allow a self registration system to automatically create the 'homepage' for an individual. After their first login they will have a simple homepage setup for them with acl_users and index_html in there. I know I could just create a folder and then stick in the acl_users and index_html but there will be other stuff added to the product at a later date. My question is, how the f**k do you do it. Creating the builtins (folder,document, etc) is a piece of cake, but ZClass based products, sheesh, I'm almost on the edge of giving up! Excuse me if I'm rambling but, I'm getting a bit confused, ;) TIA Phil phil(a)philh.org

DTML examples in structured text

Hi, If I want to put some example DTML code in Structured Text, how do I get the structured-text rendered without having the DTML interpreted? Here's what I'm thinking of... Blah blah blah blah blah, for example:: <dtml-var standard_html_header> foo... <dtml-var standard_html_footer> Right now, the header and footer are getting rendered when I do a <dtml-var info_stx fmt="structured-text"> Thanks, Kevin
