What permission is needed to view a ZClass instances propertysheets?

Hello, I have a method within a folder that clones an instance of a ZClass, and tries to set its properties. Here is the code: <dtml-with "manage_clone(BaseProject, REQUEST['projUser'],REQUEST)"> <dtml-call "propertysheets.project_info.manage_changeProperties( ProjectName=REQUEST['projName'], ProjectNumber=REQUEST['projNumber'], ClientName=REQUEST['clientName'], )"> </dtml-with> Unfortunately, I get an 'Unauthorized' error trying to access 'propertysheets' every time it is called, unless I am logged in as the main administrator. I also get it with a user assigned a role that has all permissions turned on. I even get when logged in as a user that is defined as a manager at the top level. It also works if I set a proxy role on the method, but I'd rather only give the permissions to the users who are supposed to be able to call the method... Any ideas? Is this some weird bug, or something I am overlooking? I assume its the later... Thanks, Hunter

Well, I have got it to work, by putting a CODEBASE="http://something/somethingelse/" into the applet tag... why this would result in a null pointer exception is beyond me... Java... go figure... Are those available for d/l anywhere, or do I need to actually (*gasp* :-) purchase something...? I saw a HOW-TO for using FreeTDS, but I think that one required the newer libraries as well. Zope with MySQL

Hi. I just installed Zope, and I'm having a little difficulty installing either of the modules to connect to a MySQL database. I have tried both ZMySQLDA-1.1.3 and MySQLdb-0.1.0. I am always ending up with the same error: gcc -fpic -I/usr/local/mysql/include -I/usr/include/mysql -g -O2 -I/usr/loc al/include/python1.5 -I/usr/local/include/python1.5 -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -c ./MySQLmodule.c ./MySQLmodule.c: In function `pythonify_row': ./MySQLmodule.c:238: warning: assignment from incompatible pointer type ./MySQLmodule.c: In function `pythonify_res_fields': ./MySQLmodule.c:384: invalid lvalue in unary `&' ./MySQLmodule.c: In function `STH_fetchdict': ./MySQLmodule.c:1125: invalid lvalue in unary `&' ./MySQLmodule.c:1147: invalid lvalue in unary `&' make: *** [MySQLmodule.o] Error 1 Both modules give me similar errors, the one above is from ZMySQLDA-1.1.3. View html source of _manage_

Hello: In my ZClass, I want to create a new View to change the attributes of an instance. Thanks to kdie on this list, I understand how to create the view in my ZClass and have it appear as a tab when I MANAGE the instance. I still need some pointers to where the source html is from the default manage 'tab' is. here is a url: http://xxx.upenn.edu:8080/projects/Rebuild_Bleep/propertysheets/InstanceCon… This manage screen is the deafult created for me when I built my PropertSheet (InstanceConstants). Whenever I look at the source for this, its always got all the particulars of the instance 'rendered' in. Where can I find the method (and view its source) that creates this page? I'm trying of course to customize the form which is displayed. Hi, Did anyone already worked with tinyTables? If yes, do you know how can I add some information from a form to the tinytables? What I have is: In the TinyTables, the columns are: N.º , Name, Address, Home_phone, Cel_phone, Birthday_Date The code that I has implemented in the data textarea is: "<dtml-var fname> <dtml-var lname>" , "<dtml-var address> <dtml-var fzip>-<dtml-var restzip> <dtml-var localzip" , "<dtml-var home_phone>" , "<dtml-var cel_phone>" , "<dtml-var year_date> / <dtml-var mes_date> / <dtml-var dia_date>" As you know, the N.º column is assumed as index. The fname, lname, address, fzip, restzip, localzip, home_phone, cel_phone, year_date, mes_date and dia_date, are the names of the fields in a form. When I push the add button in the form, it will call the tinytables and will execute the code above. I'm calling this tinytable like this: <dtml-call "tab_registos">, that is the name of the tinytable. What is happen is that this isn't working.
