Calendar Tag & Zope 2.3 and higher: Invalid or duplicate property id

I've been using the Calendar tag since zope 2.1.6. In the process of upgrading to Zope 2.4.3 I found the calendar tag does not work anymore. If I try to edit a date property, I get a Bad Request error, value: Invalid or duplicate property id. Traceback see below. I've been experimenting a bit and created an example faithfully following the Jon Udell How-to. I imported this example in different versions of zope. The incompatibility with the calendar tag gets to the surface somewhere after 2.2. dtml-tree without frames?

Hi, I would like to create an interface and not use frames. (I would like to make my site accesible to lynx users too ";-). At this point I have a dtml-tree at the left, and some content on the right. Pretty standard like to Zope interface itself. But I would like to use the same look and feel without frames. Scripting Problem Causing Import Error

Hi; I'm trying to import a product but running into a problem because of the way I've set up my Zope. Here's my architecture: /home/httpd/ZopeInstallation/Zope_software_home -- this is where the standard distro lives /home/httpd/ZopeInstallation/OtherProducts -- this is where I install all my added products In the latter directory is where I've installed CMF. The product I'm trying to install imports scripts from CMF. Here are the lines of code that throw the errors: from Products.CMFCore.PortalContent import PortalContent from Products.CMFDefault.DublinCore import DefaultDublinCoreImpl from Products.CMFCore import CMFCorePermissions from Products.CMFCore.WorkflowCore import WorkflowAction, afterCreate from Products.CMFOptions.ExtFile import ExtImage No doubt this product is thinking the CMF stuff lives in lib/python/Products, but it doesn't! How shall I rewrite these lines to properly point them? TIA, BenO

Help with external images

Hello, I have created an object which stores an image on the filesystem. This works fine :-) Now I want to display the images on a webpage - but how do I do this ?? I have looked at CMFOptions.CMFExtImage and found a function that creates a img tag - but I guess this is not all I need to do. I would have searched on the zope.org site - but it seems to be down ? Please point me in the right direction. MetaPublisher's Search

I am using Zope 2.4 and noticed that MetaPublishers ( 1.26 ) Search doesnt work, it returns all the mp-entries regardless of search parameters. From the MP-mailing list I noticed that others have had the same problem, but no one has answered their questions. I noticed that the ZCatalog had no indexes for metaentries' fields. There was only the id and bobobase-modification fields stored in the Catalog. sorting a table

I have a DTML method that calls a Z SQL Method and places the results into an HTML table. What I would like to do with the table is make the column headers sort the results in ascending and descending order when they click on the link. I haven't really seen any Howtos or anything in the Zope book that describes or explains what I'm trying to do. If someone could help me with this I'd appreciate it. Problems with German RSS feeds and ZExternalNewsProduct

Hi Olivier! (cc: to the zope.org list) I've been experimenting with ZExternalNews for use on the EuroZope site. It generally works very well, and it is cool because it threads the refreshing.
