Checking for nulls in a date/time field

Hi, I thought I saw this before but I am having difficulty in findin gthis answer. I use MS Access and can save the dates in their date/time format. But if the field is empty (close_date) and I populated with a Null, how do I find it? I used this- <dtml-if expr="verify_close_date=='Null'"> and I tried this <dtml-if expr="verify_close_date==' ' ">. I'm just looking for a pointer, thanks. How to catalog all objects inherited from a certain class?

Hello, I am looking for a way to catalog all objects inherited from my class. Objects may have different meta_types so I can't use obj_metatypes=['MyClass']. I found that ZCatalog uses ZopeFind for the search. ZopeFind has a parameter obj_expr that gets evaluated on the fly. I would like to say something like ZopeFind(..., obj_expr='isinstance(self, MyClass)' ) but I don't know how. Any insight? Thanks, Igor

newbie: question about ZClasses

Hi all, Is it possible to programatically add a ZClass based product? I've done some testing with a product TestProduct, ZClass TestClass, constructor TestClass_add. The TestProduct is a basic product as generated by Zope, I don't have modified any object/method/prop sheet. When I run context.manage_addProduct['TestProduct'].TestClass_add() I get "Name Error, global name 'TestClass' is not defined". It won't really affect the sending sites, since they are done automatically and there is no one to get bored or irritated by the slowness. But it will slow down your own machine by tying up one or more threads. Why not just send a 403 response ("Forbidden") and walk through the attacking sequence as fast as possible and be done with it? As I recall from some of my testing on these attacks, if you give any response that seems like a return, they go through their entire repertoire. A 403 still elicits part of the standard bag of tricks, but less of it, IIRC. 403 was, I thought at the time, the best response in terms of minimizing the number of requests in one of these attack sequences. numer of roles in a directory

Hi, we're planning a website with up to 30 roles in one directory. Has anyone tried this yet? Will there be problems if the mumber of roles gets this large?
