Hello. Does anyone know why the following script stalls when I run it in Zope's Management Interface using the 'Test' command? context.manage_addProperty(propertyId, propertyValue, propertyType) All it does is add a property to a folder. The script does function properly and doesn't stall when I access it from a DTML method. However, it stalls when I run it directly. Any help would be appreciated. Restricting products in add list

Hi all, Is there a way to display in the add list only the products you want added to a product that subclasses Folder. I have subclassed folder and added methods that add other products that are components of the overal product. This is to make distribution of the prodcut easier and editing contents more visual. I would like the add list restriced when inside the sublassed folder, and would like the sub products removed from the list when outside. I noticed in Dieter Mauer's Chapter 3 book this DTML:: ... <dtml-except> <dtml-call "RESPONSE.setStatus(error_type)"> ... What does that setStatus actually do? Or, what does it help?

ZPT - conditional metal:define-slot

I have a template (Only relevant parts here) <td width="20%" bgcolor="#CCCCCC"> <div metal:define-slot="leftColumn">leftColumn</div> </td> <td width="60%" bgcolor="#FFFFFF"> <div metal:define-slot="primary">primary content</div> </td> <td width="20%" bgcolor="#FFFFFF"> <div metal:define-slot="secondary">secondary content</div> </td> Wich I call like: <div metal:fill-slot="leftColumn"> Lef content </div> <div metal:fill-slot="primary"> primary content </div> <div metal:fill-slot="secondary"> secondary content </div> But I would really like the "secondary" column/td to be optional. So that if I don't have any content for it, it will no be there. Does anybody have a clue as for the best way to do something like this? regards Max M

KinterbasdbDA and Stored Procedures Question.

Hello, Has anyone ever successfully used the KinterbasdbDA to pass a stored procedure to an Interbase/Firebird SQL server? I picked up a project that I hadn't touched in a few months and discovered that the Firebird database adaptor I had been using seems to have fallen on the way side. (ZFirebirdDA): http://www.zope.org/Members/philh/ZFireBirdDA_news So, I found KinterbasdbDA which seems to work fine except for this error when I try a simple stored procedure: Error, kinterbasdb.ProgrammingError: (-104, 'execute.isc_dsql_prepare: Dynamic SQL Error. SQL error code = -104. Token unknown - line 1, char 19. execute. ') Herecallingquery callin the SP: EXECUTE PROCEDURE SP_CDR_DELETE ('12/12/2002','12/13/2002'); Anyone see what I am doing wrong? I'm trying to get Python to return the location of the file from within a page using Python script. Can't seem to be able to do it. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Where can I find reference material to the "internals", so to speak, e.g., for commands such as container.objectValues(), or context.____, etc.? Thanks in advance. Samir
