It's a method of ObjectManager: def manage_delObjects(self, ids=[], REQUEST=None): so: <dtml-call expr="manage_delObjects(['firstid', 'secondid'])"> Be sure to call it on the folder you want to remove the objects from, so either use a <dtml-with myFolder>, or change the expr to "myFolder.manage_delObjects(...)". -Randy > -----Original Message----- > From: Steffen Bergmann [mailto:steffen.bergmann@friatec.de] > Sent: Thursday, March 15, 2001 6:41 AM > To: zope(a)zope.org > Subject: [Zope] Deleting Objects with DTML > > > Does anyone know how to delete a ZOPE Object within a DTML Method. > Something like <dtml-call "manage_delObject(id)"? If you are looking for the Zope management interface, you need to remove the domain restrictions on your manager user. If you want to enable domain based authentication, search the list archives here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/zope If that's not what you're looking for, please clarify your post. Hi, I could use some help finding an earlier version of the PTK(CMF). I need the 0.7.2 version, but can only find links to the CMF beta or on how to upgrade. Any help would be appreciated. Rob -- Robert B. Hawkins ロバート・ホーキンズ Okinawa Hawkins Family 沖縄ホーキンズ家 http://www.okihawk.org hawk(a)okihawk.org

Create a Z Search Interface and > study the code generated to see how to query the catalog. No, I understand the basic query syntax. What I'm trying to do is create query which returns all of the objects of type 'Timeslot' that have some non-null value for their 'archive_url' property. It's the second half of that query that I can't figure out... Catalog(meta_type='Timeslot', archive_url='???') I've tried archive_url='*', but that doesn't work. Is this even possible using ZCatalog? -- Tim Moore

I have a copy of PyExpat.py compiled from the beta 3 release. What would you like me to do with it? I can mail it to anyone who wants, or make it available for downloads. I needed to change pyexpat.c very slightly as the export definitions for initpyexpat seem to be a bit messed up, and I built some Microsoft project files, but otherwise no changes were needed. -- Duncan Booth duncan(a)dales.rmplc.co.uk int month(char *p){return(124864/((p[0]+p[1]-p[2]&0x1f)+1)%12)["\5\x8\3" "\6\7\xb\1\x9\xa\2\0\4"];} // Who said my code was obscure? http://dales.rmplc.co.uk/Duncan

I have tried to insert it with ..<dtml-var > Question1>..no error but it doesn't work as I expect, sir. Hi Pattreeya, I am sorry, I am not sure what tutorial this is. You can best ask questions like this on the Zope mailinglist: http://www.zope.org/Resources/MailingLists The collective wisdom of the community you reach through the Zope list reaches far bejond that of the Zope.org webmasters. I have copied this reply to that list as well. I have been searching the list for a some hours now, but could not find a satisfying solution. All I wanna do is moving a ZClass (or simply a doc) from one folder to another programmatically. Could anybody give me a hint; please? Thanks. -- Lars Heber, mailto:Lars.Heber@t-systems.de T-Systems, debis Systemhaus GEI GmbH, Geschaeftsstelle Sachsen
