Hi Florent, I changed everything into normal text: If there are no values in a column with dates in my database (mySQL) the database returns "0000-00-00". ZOPE says: "Error Type: ValueError Error Value: Invalid value, 0000-00-00, for Faelligkeit in record 2" The exception is raised in: ...\lib\python\Shared\DC\ZRDB\RDB.py, line 272 How can I get the records with NULL-values in datefields with a ZSQL-Method? Ms Access database and Zope

We have built a database in Ms Access, and now, we intend to access it using the web (Zope). The problem is that our zope istallation is in a Linux machine, and therefore (I think) we can't use ODBC connectivity as the database is in Access, in a windows machine, and zope in a linux machine. Any idea on how to connect that database to the web? Thanks, Gregorio.

can't grant anonymous access

Hi, I am using CMF and have given anonymous every privilege in the root (after finding myself a bit frustrated), and I still get a login screen when I go to any page except the home page. I have given anonymous EVERYTHING, and in just about every folder, class, or object of any sort that I have used or might be accessing in the site. The actions_box shows the extended options that should only be visible to the site admin, so the permissions are recognized there, at least. I have looked for documentation/posts on this (I'm sure there must be many), but all I find is advice on squishdot config or long python scripts to set permissions. There is an easier/less time consuming way than that, I hope. Simply stated, is there something I need to do to allow anonymous to see my pages in addition to allowing view and access portal content? (and checking every $#&^%! box in the whole app) Thanks, Josh
