Hi Zopeople, I did a silly thing. I was testing something in my product class, and I foolish put a lambda method in my class. Consequently, the class no longer works, AND I cannot display the containing folder because it breaks trying to restore the class. I could find no related items in the list. ZClasses

Hi there! I got a little, tiny Problem with ZClasses. I have 2 Classes, let's call them foo1 (folderish object) and foo2. They both reside inside a single Product - call it fooProduct. All I wanna do is to alter the (standard) constructor of foo1 so that once an instance of foo1 is created another instance of foo2 is created INSIDE foo1. Right now I have: contructor of foo1: <dtml-with "foo1.createInObjectManager(REQUEST['id'], REQUEST)"> <dtml-call "foo2_contrcutor('idoffoo2', REQUEST)"> </dtml-with> contructor of foo2: <dtml-with "foo2.createInObjectManager(id, REQUEST)"> </dtml-with> but once I try to add a new foo1 instance I get *global name 'foo2' is not defined*

I never though of that, although... ftp://127.0.0.1:8021 in IE gives me error 530, Unauthorized. OK, but it never showed the login prompt. OK, so now I have a FTP question, since I don't know much about it. How do I pass it my name and password in a browser since it doesn't prompt for it? I have a windows ftp program (part of "Drag and File"), which I use for my web servers. I have tried hostnames 127.0.0.1, 127.0.0.1:8021, localhost, and localhost:8021. I always get "Unable to Connect", which is quite helpful :( Zope IS running, and the monitor shows ZServer successful login when I was trying from IE, although I couldn't connect. Using the sendmail tag like this...: <dtml-sendmail mailhost="MailHost"> To: peter(a)grenna.net From: server(a)peterbe.com Subject: DTML peter(a)grenna.net to server(a)peterbe.com Text text </dtml-sendmail> Sends a healthy email from 'server(a)peterbe.com' to 'peter(a)grenna.net'. But doing this...: context.MailHost.send('TEST MESSAGE','peter(a)grenna.net','server(a)peterbe.com','Subject server(a)peterbe.com to peter(a)grenna.net') Sends the message but the To line in the message says "undisclosed-recipients:;" instead of "peter(a)grenna.net" like it did with the sendmail tag. You cannot embed DTML inside a DTML expression, rather, just refer to the varaible name as X, assuming it contains the right type of data to match getRoles().
