: problem with Tree tag

hi, I am using ZOPE for my project. Actually I have to display the employee hierarchy in my page whose ever required. For that I take the Emp_no. in the first page and when I submit the form it will go to the next dtml method in which I call the tree tag. It will work fine in the first page. If I try to expand the tree by clicking the PLUS sign it will give error. Key Error: Emp_no. Can any body help me. thanks in advance. subrahmayan.

LoginManager, MysqlUserFolder broken

i installed the LoginManager in my ZOPEdir/lib/python/Products/ but i found that the product is broken and same thing happened when i installed the mysqlUserFolder. Can someone help me on it?

LocalFS updated for Zope 2.3.0

Finally! http://www.zope.org/Members/jfarr/Products/LocalFS Mainly this just fixes the problem with an AttributeError in bobobase_modification_time(). Several good patches were submitted by LocalFS users and for that I am grateful. I believe this was the best of the ones submitted, because the management interface shows the actual modification time of LocalFS objects in the ZODB, as I believe it should. Local files and directories still show their modification time from the local file system. Thanks for all the great patches! --jfarr

Questions on XML Document Product

Hi, Here are my questions: 1. How XML Document Object handle the storage, in a big chunk of string property and make a virtual Zope object tree, or actually break it into a collection of real Zope objects? 2. How does it fare with large XML document, say 1 Meg? Will it stand well to frequent modifications? Is it an economical solution for the cases that only parts of the big document are needed at a time? Make sure the user that runs zope has write permissions to /apache/Zope-2.2.4-linux2-x86 and /apache/Zope-2.2.4-linux2-x86/var directories. If you change the z2.py script parameters to -r, zope will run read-only and will not write any log files. http://www.zope.org/Members/mcdonc/HowTos/DEBUG-LOG tells you how to analyze the detailed logs. Display TraceBack in the standard_error_message

Hi all, I wonder how I can display error traceback inside standard_error_message (in fact, it's only to automatically email it in case of error, with REQUEST, errortype, etc...) I am aware of "DEBUG" feature that displays the Traceback at bottom of error pages if Zope is running in debug mode : this is not what I mean. I need to display/use it through a <dtml-var xxx> tag, so that I can insert it in the body of my debug email. Thanx for your support. Olivier. --- We are Micro$oft. You will be assimilated.
