Re-add a disk-based product that was deleted

I have a disk based product that was not working. I manually deleted it from the product management interface in the control panel folder. Now I have anew version that seems OK, but I can't persuade zope to look in the Products folder and find the product again. Help! Of course, I could undo the deleteion but then zope will get mixed up between the old and new versions, I fear. Any ideas? Thanks, Greg

Simple HTML Formatting Tool?

I googled around a bit, but couldn't come up with anything- is there a tool/product for Zope that would let a luser who wants to select a single arbitrary word or phrase in a dtml document editing window bracket it with basic html formatting like xxx? I am trying to develop a content management system that can be used by people who refuse to learn any html at all, but who essentially want to be able to pretend that they are using m$ word to author with. Courtesy of M$ and AOL, most of Corporate America is manned by technologically dysfunctional people who expect the interface to take care of all of the dirty work and either can't or won't type in simple tags. Hello, Please pardon the intrusion, but I saw that your email address zope(a)zope.org is in plain text on your site at http://directory.google.com/Top/Computers/Software/Internet/Servers/Applica… making it vulnerable to be harvested by SPAM robots. The depth of ZopeFind

Hi there! I´m trying to generate a list from a folder hierarchy but the hierarchy should be preserved. In the end it will be a kind of a selection list. (To be seen like this) []Folder 1 [] Subfolder A [] Document X First I did it with <dtml-tree> but I was not happy with those "+/-" in front of the titles. Now I´m experimenting with "ZopeFind". As far as I understand, it performs a recursive search throughout my folders. I´d like to know if it´s possible to get the depth of the current object/node (like tree-level or tree-colspan). I considered it to be necessary for the right indentations. Apache/Zope/VHM/SSL

I've got Apache listening on ports 80 and 443 (using mod_ssl), and Zope running on port 8080. I'm using SiteAccess with Enhanced VirtualHostMonster to host several sites in Zope. I'd like to have my Zope managers log into the ZMI using SSL, and am trying to accomplish this with rewrite rules. Here's an example: <VirtualHost xx.xx.xxx.xxx:443> SSLEngine On SSLCertificateFile openssl/bin/manage.foobar.com.cert SSLCertificateKeyFile openssl/bin/manage.foobar.com.key ServerName manage.foobar.com RewriteEngine On RewriteRule ^/(.*) http://manage.foobar.com:8080/VirtualHostBase/http/manage.foobar.com:80/Virt ualHostRoot/$1 [P] </VirtualHost> The rule above gets me past the login, but none of the management screens show up. exUserFolder problems

I've been trying to get exUserFolder to work, but no matter what authentication source I choose, I can always login using a username registered with exUserFolder, but with ANY password, not just the one registered for the user. This occurs wherever I put the user folder, and even when using the ZODB Auth source. Python version: 2.1.2 Zope version: 2.5.0 ExUserFolder Version: 0.10.7 (from CVS, but this also happened using 0.10.6) Anyone come across this problem before?

Calendar Tag Question...

I have installed the Calendar tag and it works great. I have been nagged by not being able to call another DTML method within one of the calendars cells and passing the current cell's year, month, and day values derived from the calendar's date variable. I am calling a method that lists the events for a particular day and should appear in it's specific days cell. I am certain there is a simple way to do it but I cannot find a clear example in the docs including "As http://www.zope.org/Members/michel/ZB/AppendixB.dtml reveals" this one. I understand the theory just fine, it is the syntax that I cannot figure out for this particular problem. In fact I have always found the specifics of the answers I need but not many literal examples of how to format in different situations. I am making notes because I think I am not the only one. Very grateful for any help... My clients table does not have real date values but is broken into different fields for ease of reporting I am told. They are right it does make it easier to create simple grouped and tabular reports but causes this issue when not an actual date format. Example of what does not work. Why will be obvious to most of you.
