Getting REMOTE_USER in zope

How do I get things like IP addresses to render to a page in Zope? I have tried  it does not give me an error by I get no out put either. I am running with pcgi in Apache, that might make a diff. thanks Rick --

Tree-tag again

Hi everybody, again the old question: Is there a way to show all branches of a tree without having to click on each and every + ? I know that there's a bug in the tree tag, so that expand_all isn't working, but maybe someone found something new/different to do about that problem. I'd appreciate your help. Katrin

how can i create a new user without useing the management screen

Hello I search for a function that can create a new user. (acl_users) And a function to check if a user is allready created. I dont know if this is correct but i tried manage_users(). The problem is that I dont know the correct syntax. <dtml-call "manage_users(Username, Password, confirm,roles,domain)"> And where can i find documentation about Zope's function? FTP not working after 2.1.0 upgrade...

Was ok before (2.0.1). Watching the console as I connect indicates a successful login but homesite is unhappy. Anything obvious I should try? Jonathan
