I use it to remind my managers that they should be using https:// for management http://www.zope.org/Members/tfarrell/Hotfix_TopFrameHttps/ You could use a modify my product to change the Frameset file to ignore the top frame. I'll try to answer your questions, but IANAZZ (I am not a zope zenmaster). 1) You can XML or .zexp export an object or object heirarchy by clicking the Import/Export button in the Zope Management Interface. If you need the raw files, you can ftp download or wget the files. 2) in your $ZOPEHOME/var directory, there is a Data.fs file. Show Top Frame = No

Are you using the Show Top Frame in the ZMI? I'm not. I only use it to turn it off. I takes up unnecessary 10% of valuable screenspace. Perhaps this should be off by default. What do you think? Peter

WebDAV Source port w/ Apache Virtual Hosting...

Hello, we are using an Apache Server with virtual hosts and Zope through PCGI. Now, we want to give each virtual host access thru WebDAV to the Source instead of the rendered Version of the DTML-x. Is there a way to pass the -W flag, or a common other way ? In DTML, no cookie then default. How?

Hi, I have worked out how to store cookies and retreive them in DTML to store preferences on a form. Question. If the cookie isn't there yet or gets deleted/rejected etc. How do I insert a default value into the name space? What I need is something like... if <thing> isn't there then <thing>=some default value. What would solve my problems would be if <dtml-let> didn't need a closing </dtml-let>. Background... This cookie is used to enter a preference value in a form, thus... <tr> <th align="left">Batch Size</th> <td><input type='integer' name='batch_size:int' size=2 value="&dtml.missing-batch_size;" /></td> </tr> When the form is entered the cookie is set to the value inserted by the user, thus... <dtml-if "REQUEST.has_key('batch_size')"> <dtml-call "RESPONSE.setCookie('batch_size', batch_size, expires='Wed, 19 Feb 2020 14:28:00 GMT')"> </dtml-if> When the user comes back to the form, the value of batch_size is magically read from the cookie as a default again. objects as values in a python dictionary

This concerns both Python Script and External Methods. I haven't tried it with DTML (if possible). A dictionary can use objects as values I think. res={} res[string] = "A wicked module I use often" res[context] = "This is where you were :)" That works, but it doesn't work when I loop over objectValues for object in folderobject.objectValues(): res[object] = "yeah" The error message is AttributeError and __hash__ something. What have I missed? Peter

Error message when freezing
