Constructing a DCOracle2 BindingArray to match an OUT parameter

Hopefully this is not OT for this list. I am having trouble understanding how to construct a BindingArray object to match and OUT param being used in one of my stored procedures. The OUT is defined in the PACKAGE as: TYPE result_rec is RECORD ( sample_id wells.sample_id_dn%TYPE, ... etc ... ); TYPE result_table IS TABLE OF result_rec index by BINARY_INTEGER; PROCEDURE get_qc_report ( result_tab_io IN OUT result_table, ... etc ... ) If I try to pass in (just guessing), for example: results = cnx.BindingArray(1, 9, 'SQLT_REF') All I get is an "ORA-00000" results = cnx.BindingArray(1, 9, 'SQLT_RSET') segfaults and brings down my Zope ... I'm not sure what kind of BindingArray I should be using.

hi! I'm new to zope. i'm developing a page that needs to search for files inside the site. following instructions on the web on how to use zcatalog, i was able to make a simple search engine. It showed the results that I needed. My problem is how do I make these results, say the ID, point to the object it refers to? Can anyone help me. That I use: / (zope root) (it has defined security groups here: anonymous, authentificated, manager, owner, editor, member) /acl_users (here are only manager account) /www /www.domain.com /acl_users (here are defined member, editor and owner users) It is fine and secure. No unsaved work... & versionFTPServer

Hi all, I use versionFTPServer with Zope251/Win32. The manage_main page show objects which are updated via FTP and locked by that version, but version Save/Discard told me: No unsaved work has been done in this version. CMF : customize actions/user

hello I try to find how to customize the "actions" label. they are used for writing : Login, Join, My stuff, ... ZPT skin define some : user_actions actions/user folder_actions actions/folder I'd have a look in all document in CMF Site, but found nothing. Perjaps that Labels are hardcoded ... I'm shure we can customize them ! ;o) Thanks

ftp?

Hello zope, anyone knows how can i add ftp access to some folders, under the root folder only? i dont want users to see my Control_Panel, etc ... (i know i can take away rights from them, so they get Access Denied, but i want only a subfolder to be visible) or some chroot stuff.... if i want to code it, where should i look for it? tahnks, k -- don't believe everything you think

extreme newbie questions

Hey folks, I'm a systems administrator at a university library in San Francisco, and about a week or so ago I set up a Zope installation for one of my users; he was able to become the administrator and start developing, but just yesterday he found that when he accessed the Zserver (let's say the Zserver runs on port 2323 -- when he goes to "http://machine:2323") he got the simple message "Not Found". Nothing else, no errors on the page, nada. I can't get anything either. He claims he didn't do anything yesterday that might have hosed the operation, but I'm at a loss -- I don't know enough about Zope to do an effective diagnoses. Any nudges or clues would be greatly appreciated. jf
