no module datetime (imported in calender.py of zope2.7b3 win binary)

Hi, trying to install CMFCalender with zope 2.7.b3 on win (installed with the binary) I run into problems: lastpart of a longer traceback: File "L:\Zope\Zope-2.7.0-b3\bin\Lib\calendar.py", line 8, in ? import datetime ImportError: No module named datetime I also could not find any module or string 'datetime' in the whole installation path so I guess it's a bug. The calender.py of my zope 2.6.2 doesn't use datetime. Am I missing something? Any hints are most welcome, Elena

Dear Zopistas Here a question wrt. BTrees: When I create a IOBTree object (for example) and add objects of different kinds (classes) to it, how can I retrieve a list of all objects of a certain type? What I want is something similar to objectValues(type) in Folder. Does that exist for BTrees or do I need to use ZCatalog? How would that work? thanks a lot Andre

setting Zclass instance id based on properties

I would like to set the id of a Zclass instance based on some of the properties I can not use the property variables in the add method since the properties have not yet been assigned a value For instance let's say I have three properties: Section, Chapter and Page How do I assign the id the value <dtml-var Section>-<dtml-var Chapter>-<dtml-var Page> when I create the zclass instance?

Running Zope of CD

Hello list, I've read an instruction how to run Zope of a CD (http://www.zope.org/Members/jens/docs/zope_on_cdrom) I want to use this procedure to make some contents of my Zope-Site offline available. It works fine. My problem is, that it seems to require TCP/IP up and running and that is not on all the systems available, where the CD should run. Is there a possiblity, to run Zope of CD and (locally) use it without a network and TCP/IP (on Windows 2000)? Many thanks in advance, Ulla.

ActivePak and Hotfix needed in 2.6.2?

I am moving my zope/cmf/plone (2.6.2/1.3.2/1.0.5) installation to new hardware. The old server had ActivePak 0.1 and Hotfix_2002-6-14 installed automatically during the typical (Debian) upgrade process. On the new server I installed a fresh zope from the Debian "sarge" installation disks. The new server has zope 2.6.2, cmf 1.3.3 and plone 1.0.5, but the ActivePak and Hotfix were not required (apparently) by the Debian packages. I then installed all the Products that the old server had. When I moved the Data.fs file over to the new server, ActivePak 0.1 and a Hotfix_2002-06-14 appear in the installed Products list and they are apparently not broken. Are these still necessary? Or can I just delete them? TIA! Kirk
