Hi: I was thinking of putting a "Last modified:" line in my standard_html_footer, but I don't (yet) see how to get the modification time of the document or method that is calling standard_html_footer. Oh wow! I think you may have solved my problem. If what you are saying that I can just separate code from httpd.conf into a file, then WOW! That's it! I'm gonna try that now! So in short, I can just put the mod_rewrite part into a file and put include in that particular virtual host.
