Hi, I have created a new script object called get_timestamp. I put the following code in there: import time return int(time.time()) When I try to test it, I get user and password prompt and Unauthorized. Something else I need to do? Here's the trace:

what does "You are not authorized to change object_1 because you do not have proxy roles" mean? I'm logged in as superuser.

Getting the owner of an object

Hello, I am having a weird problem here ... Calling e.g. this().getOwner() produces a permission error - even when doing it as a manager. So how do I get the username of the owner of an object ??? converting characters randomly in edit mode

Hi Zopeople, When editing DTML methods, every so often, maybe on the tenth edit, it replaces HTMP characters to their HTML code, as in converting a < to < and the " to &quote;. It only does this on a few of the characters, but with big methods and no way to search in text boxes, it is hard to find. Unfortunately, Undo doesn't seam to help. Once I have the problem, Undoing just brings older version and scrambles them also! Nested error messages

I stubled into same problem as described in message: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/zope/message/71986 WHat creates the thing interesting is, that I have a couple of virtual hosts running in same box. ( Zope 2.4.2 ) And this nested error message comes only up with one virtual host. This one virtual host differs from other in two ways: it requires user to authenticate themselves and is protected with ssl-connection. I first thought that there migth be error in standard_error_message and copied it from a working directory. No success. Any ideas? -huima
