Hi, just came across the litmus WebDAV compliance testing tool on www.webdav.org, and ran it on zope 2.5.0. IBM DB2/CLI Database Adapter

Anybody know about the current status of this DA? I'm currently locked into using Perl ZDBI_DA to get access to a DB2 datasource. I've had some problems with connections being reset and the DBI_DA lacks a table browser. Any information would be appreciated. -- Robin

Hi, I've got this error when I shutdown my Zope : An error was encountered while publishing this resource. exceptions.SystemExit Zope has exited normally.  My Zope version is : Zope 2.4.1 (binary release, python 2.1, solaris-2.6-sparc), python 2.1.0, sunos5) My Python Version 2.1 (#2, Jun 22 2001, 11:02:37) [GCC 2.8.1] . Any idea ? Document Library Question

I have modified the DocumentStore.py file. After making the necessary corrections, I have noticed that when I use the DocumentLibrary, the modifications still have not been corrected. what I´m doing wrong?. Perhaps somebody had implemented what I´m trying to do: to make DocumentLibrary able to upload multiple files ( not only one by one), in this case please send me an email back. Zope builds (new Intel C++ compiler)

Hi, I've just read an article on open-mag: http://www.open-mag.com/754088105111.htm about the new Intel C++ compiler, here are some quotes: "[...] On SuSE 7.3, the geometric mean performance for our 34 kernels soared by 47%. [...] On our Omnibook test platform running Windows XP Professional, the performance speedup versus MS Visual C++ 6.0 was not quite as dramatic as when running Linux. Here the improvement was on the order of 35%." I haven't tested it myself (maybe someone else on this list has?) -- if this compiler produces faster code, would it be possible to distribute Zope packages compiled with this compiler ? FileSystem based products & markup.

Yo, We have a file system based product, and some dtml-methods are defined the usual way myMethod=DTMLFile('myMethod',globals()) We want our webbies to be able to add some eye-candy. But how would they go about if they want to add some images ? Remember: THEY ARE WEBBIES, so it has to be really easy and simple and changeable, so no myImage=ImageFile(......) solutions are possible. Ideas appreciated Sloot.

Hi! If I use PythonScripts, are there any serious problems with downgrading a Zope-2.4.3/2.4.4 to 2.3.3? I cant remember if 2.3.3 had pythonscripts, but i recall that there was a product that later became officially pythonscripts... Are there any other incomaptibilities that anyone knows about and I should be aware of?
