mod_pcgi2 version 1.0.0

Hello! After some period of testing, after getting few success stories I changed the module version to 1.0.0! Welcome here: http://www.zope.org/Members/phd/mod_pcgi2 Almost nothing have changed since version 0.4.0. I made some cosmetic changes, but there are few of them. If you are running 0.4.0, you don't need to upgrade. I've tested the module on pentium linux and sparc solaris, in DSO (shared apache) and non-DSO (static, all apache modules compiled in). The only test I didnt tried is uploading huge binary file via PCGI. I am freezing my work on the module for some period (or until I got a bug report). It seems I don't need new features, entire PCGI protocol is implemented, and the module is well tested, debugged and now is used on a few sites (I have no URLs of other sites, only my URLs). The next thing to implement will be autoconf/configure to make installation simpler; after some period I hope to return to work on it. PANIC(300) ZODB storage error--shouldn't happen

Can anyone suggest how to avoid the following? Feel free to consider this a bug report, if it is a bug. 2000-01-16T04:38:30 PANIC(300) ZODB A storage error occurred in the last phase o f a two-phase commit. This shouldn't happen. The application may be in a hosed state, so we will not allow transactions to commit from here on This happens after some seemingly successful database activity. I believe the error is triggered by the commit before returning to the browser. I suspect I have opened a connection in a way that conflicts with the existing one. I say, in some code which a form calls, conn = Globals.DB.open() root = conn.root() _my_Dir = root.get("OrgUser", None) if _my_Dir : print "Found directory" else: print "Creating directory" root["OrgUser"] = OrgUserDirectory() #subclass of PersistentMapping _my_Dir = root["OrgUser"] I then add an object to _my_dir, using dictionary protocols. The zope session is started with -D. running Zope 2.1.1 on win32. It may also be relevant that my function returns a plain string to the browser.

ZMySQLDA complile problem.

Hi,all My platform is : Redhat 6.1 . In my project, I need to use the access the MYSQL database. First: I download the source of mysql: mysql-2.22.27.tar.gz for http://www.tcx.se. Then I compiled it and make it can run like: Shell> safe-mysqld &. Second: I try the ZMySQLDA. But when I expended the ZMySQLDA to the folder of /lib/python/Producs/, I tried to compile it.But then error occured: It seems that "&" cannot support by my compiler. Line 384: tf = &(mysql_fetch_field_direct(res, i)); ... And MySQLmodule.so cannot be produced!. And when I use MySQLdb expend in my Products directory.
